New Chevon Batch Ready...Order Now!

Just got our first ever batch of Chevon back from the custom meat shop in Frazeysburg! These goats were raised on pasture and free range forage. No chemicals or antibiotics were ever given to them or the plants they grazed upon. You won't find a more local or fresh nourishment for your family.

So far we have been able to try the ground chuck and loin on a few occasions. I have heard that chevon tends to be a bit gamier, like venison. However, these seem to be in between beef and venison. I have had a hard time telling the difference between the ground chuck and ground beef from the store. And the loin, prepared as a roast in the crock pot, was falling apart, just as venison and beef loin would. Some of you foodies out there would have a more discerning palate, and could prepare a much more delicious dish than I.

We have a variety of cuts: tender loin, ribs, chops, leg steaks, and ground. If you are interested, you can message us here or email at humblehandsfarm@hotmail.com and I will send you a price list. Please share, like, and tag this post if you know anyone interested or want to help grow our community. Peace and blessings to all in the New Year!
